Eleazor was living in Yonkers in 1785, when he bought from the Commissioners of Forfeitures, the William Dean place at the corner of Bronxville Road and Palmer Avenue. He was living in Greenburgh in 1790 with (supposedly) wife and three daughters. ------- An Eleazar Hart witnessed the will of a DAVID VAN BOSKERK, New York, Milkman. This Eleazar was listed as a grocer. New York, Abstracts of Wills, Vol XIV, 178 6-1796 , Page 178 Dated July 5, 1791. Witnesses, Eleazar Hart, grocer ; Isaac Brower, Matthew West, carpenter.
